Household work is often found through informal networks, stale listings and incomplete information. Helpers Connect creates a current, structured view of opportunity without turning workers into a commodity or forcing households into an agency process.
Our model
Helpers create profiles and apply for jobs free. Employers search public profiles free, then spend a prepaid Profile Unlock only when a candidate deserves deeper consideration.
Nationwide by design
The product is open across South Africa from launch. We build marketplace density through focused local acquisition while keeping opportunity available nationally.
What we do not do
We do not become the employer, process salaries, sell sensitive identity documents or make the final hiring decision. Our role is discovery, progressive trust, consent-based connection and a clean employment handoff.
